Mathditation is a personal blog that shares the reflections of a few individuals on meditation practice. More importantly, it focuses on firsthand experiences of entering meditative absorption and the difficulties and obstacles encountered during practice. Most of the posts take the form of letters from a father who is trying to find a path to liberation and writing to his daughter. For this reason, the mode of address used throughout the blog is primarily Dad – Daughter.
