Quantum Mind – Final Reflections

As in previous reflections, this write-up blends together my experiences, insights, questions, and an attempt to assemble, interconnect, and reorganize them in the hope of forming a more coherent, logical, and clear view of this path of samādhi. My references to and analogies with scientific knowledge may certainly contain inaccuracies, omissions, or strained interpretations. Right or wrong, complete or partial—I don’t yet know. What I do know is that as of this moment, what I’ve written reflects what I have been living through and exploring. Whether future karmic conditions will change things—I cannot say. My perspectives and experiences may not align with others (or perhaps with anyone at all), because ultimately, this practice of meditation is highly individualistic. I write this to preserve it as a personal record. If by chance, someone resonates with it—compares it to their own experience, and finds something useful—then that, too, is something to be grateful for.

Oh world, what is meditation? Oh world, what is meditation? Oh world, what is meditation? ... Maybe Anh Alpha and Sadhguru[1] —a renowned Indian yogi—are right. Within each of us lies a deep yearning to break free from this small, confined physical body, and reach for a realm that knows no limits, no constraints. A realm of spiritual freedom. My heartfelt thanks to Brother Alpha, Master Tibu, Mun, and my friends—for the conversations, the lessons, the insights they’ve shared with me, for giving me the space to reflect, and for helping me continue on this path of inner growth.
